Colourless and transparent monoclinic crystal, white crystal or powder, it is inodorous or with little acetic acid smell, little bitter, it is soluble in water very easily; it is soluble in ethanol,it is insoluble in aether.
 
Product Applications
 It can be used as buffering agent, flavoring agent and PH conditioning agent in food industry. It also can be used as accessory in pharmaceuticals industry.
 

Usage:
It is used as esterification agent for organic synthesis, photographic medicine, printing and dyeing mordant, buffer, chemical reagent, meat anticorrosion, pigment, tanning leather and many other aspects. It can be used to produce various chemical products, acetate and chloroacetic acid. As a buffer Chemicalbook agent for seasoning, the product can alleviate undesirable odor and prevent discoloration, and has a certain anti-mildew effect. Can also be used as seasoning sauce, sauerkraut, mayonnaise, fish cake, sausage, bread, sticky cake and other sour agent. Mixed with methyl cellulose, phosphate, etc., it is used to improve the preservation of sausage, bread, sticky cake, etc.
