2. Applications
The series of PRS®-C1085, PRS®-C1100, PRS®-C1101 are a category of C5 aliphatic hydrocarbon resins applied in tyre rubber compounding, which have an excellent compatibility with a wide variety of elastomers including natural rubber (NR), synthetic rubber, polyethylene, polypropylene, Styrene-Isoprene-Styrene (SIS), Styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene(SEBS) and Ethylene .... (EVA), and also have a good compatibility with the natural tackfying resins (such as terpene, rosin and thereof derivatives). Additionally, the product can be used in rubber compounding as tackfying agent, reinforcement agent, softening agent as well as the filling agent, etc.

2)Has a good softening and reinforcement properties in rubber mixing process, can enhance the ductility and peel resistance of rubber compounding.
3)Can improve the tackness of raw rubber,without effecting the curing time and cured property of rubber compounding
4)Avoids the sticky problem to rubber prοCessing machines
5)Contributes to a uniform dispersion of filling material in rubber compounding
6)Moderate product color .

Applications

1. Coating production: Used in paint and reinforced latex coating, also applied in oil soluble coating.

2. Rubber treatment: Used as adhesion booster.

3. Adhesive production: Used in adhesive, especially for melting glue and pressure-sensitive glue.

4. Printing ink production: It can be dissolved in hydrocarbon resin, it owns high soft point and
stable performance, so it can be used in ink.

5. Paper making industry: Used in paper sizing agent.

6. Other application; Used as oil field water treatment agent & slurry additives, pitch modified agent.

 

 

Packaging & Storage

* Packing: In 25kgs bag.  As the client's request.
* Storage: The product should be stored in the dry and cooling place with good ventilation, avoiding
exposure of the packaged product to direct sunlight.
