Production method and use | |||||
Production method | Dissolve 55 grams (0.21 moles) of triphenyl in 45 ml dry paste, into a pressure bottle. Place in an ice salt bath. Add 28 grams (0.29 moles) of pre-cooled olfactory methane, close the bottle and leave it at room temperature for 2 days before opening. Add 500l ml of hot benzene and collect the color solid by suction filtration. Dry in vacuum oven containing phosphorus pentoxide at X00ºC. Production 74g |
